Question: Which Are Better Contact or Glasses!?
Not for looks but for eye care!. I've been told Contacts can make your eyesight worse [!?] So is it pretty much the same effects or is one better than the other!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

When used correctly, neither hurt you!. I am 44 years old!. I have worn glasses since I was about 11 and contacts since I was 15!. My vision changed normally as most people's will as I grew!. My vision stabilized in my 20's normally as mot people with myopia will as well!. I have had occasional normal changes since then!. I have the ned for corrected vision!. I like both my contacts and my glasses for different reasons!. I can not wear my contacts all the time!. If I have an illness or allergies or have been in smog or other situations, I need to wear my glasses instead of my contacts!. When I take out my contacts I need my glasses!. I have several pair of cool glasses that I like and I wear them on purpose because they are cool!. So, I do not have the mind set of one or the other, they are both part of my daily life and I feel happy and healthy with that!. But, I have also been an optician since I was 17, so I have access to all the correct information about eye care and eye wear that is available!. Some people believe that contacts or glasses will change your vision either for the worse or for the better!. Mostly it is heredity that dictates it and your vision errors are usually familial in nature!. You can get ortho k lenses that reshape your cornea, but I do not think that is what we are talking about here!. I hope I helped you understand it a bit better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

pretty much the same effects!. as long as you take good care of your contacts they won't do you any harm!. personally, i love contacts!Www@Answer-Health@Com
