Question: Having trouble getting contacts in!?
i have a pair of 3 week long contacts and i know HOW to put them in, except my eyelids always close when the contact touches my eye!. i can touch my eye without contacts and i dont blink!. a little help!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try looking up as you do it!. Put the contact on the white part on your eye when you look up!. If you can't control your eyelid doing it this way, try holding the top lashes against the bottom of your eyebrows with your thumb (if that makes sense) and try the looking up, putting it on the white part method!. Hold both your top eye lid and lower lid down, with both middle fingers and use index finger to put on the contact lenses!. Just relax and breathe!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try holding your upper lid open right at the lash line!. This should make it harder for you to close your eye during insertion!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
