Question: How to remove a contact lense!?
I can put it on I just cant take it off help please Im not allowed to wear it anymore cuz of this and I need it I dont wanna go back to glasses :(!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If they are HARD type lenses; Pull on the outside of your eyelids and squint!.
For SOFT lenses; Physically hold open your eyelids of of each eye with the fingers of one hand and carefully press the clean fingertip of your available hand on the center of your lens and d-r-a-g the lens away from the center of your eye!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes practice!. I never thought I would get used to it!. Go to the doctor that prescribed and ask them to hep reteach you!. The trick to remove them is to have a dry hand and mving the lens away from the center of your eye with your pointer finger and then while it is to the side pinch with your thumb and pointer finger, not hard but gently!. When I first learned I would use my other hand to help keep my eyelid open by putting it over my head, bringing it down over my brow to my eye and use the pointer finger to hold the lens open while removing the lend with the other hand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
take your middle finger and pull down the bottom eye lid, then use your index finger to pull the contact down away from your eyes lens and onto the white part!. Then use your thumb and index finger to squeeze it together and pull it off of your eye!. make sure you wash your hands first! Www@Answer-Health@Com
I slide my lens off of the iris then pinch slightly with thumb and forefinger to remove!. Maybe your eyes are too dry!? This can make it more difficult!. That happens to me when I leave them in too long!. There are moisturizing drops for contacts that can help if this is part of the problem!. If you are a new contact user it will get better!. You just take your index and thumb, and reach in your eye, and pinch and pull!. You may hear a slight vacuum noise, but don't worry that's normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
soft contact lense- use your index finger and your thumb and sqeeze your contact, then pull it out!.
it may take a few tries!.!.but trust me!.!.you will get it out
