A tiny amount of the most common form of short-sighted astigmatism ("with the rule") and nothing else!.
Most people wouldn't bother getting that Rx made up unless:
Their eyes got tired unusually quickly especially for reading or computer work, or they had headaches not traceable to any other cause!.
Or they had incredibly demanding standards for their distance vision, or had a hobby or sport (e!.g!., archery!?) where the small improvement made a critical difference to performance!.
Sometimes such small Rx's can be of real benefit!. Mostly they'd just be waste of money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It means you have good poriferal visions (probably spelt wrong, but it means you can see what's next to you when looking forward) and that in both eyes you are a tiny bit short sighted, but very small amount!.
It means glasses for seeing distances, like driving and seeing the board at school/in meetings would be helpful!.

Actually, you aren't short, or near sighted, all you have is a minor correction for astigmatism in both eyes!.
