Question: Have you had eye surgery!?
I went to an ophthalmologist because of a mass growing by my tear duct and I was told I will need surgery to have it removed!. I have never had any type of surgery before and I am really nervous has anyone had eye surgery before and how did you make out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had cataract and detached retina surgery!. Both times, I was totally numb and did not feel anything!. YES, I can relate to being nervous about someone working on your eyes but it is much less painful and less problem later than when I had appendix surgery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had laser eye surgery to correct my vision and it was amazing! No pain, other then some stinging!.They give you drugs so I wouldn't worry about!. They have drops for your eyes and you can't feel anything plus they will probably give you something so you relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes I had to have an operation to correct a detatched retina!. I was under a general anesthetic so was asleep during op!.
