Question: My eye is buggin'! Anybody know what to do with a really bad eye twitch!?
I'm not under stress, had a decent nights sleep, haven't overdone it with the coffee today and exercise regularly but my eye twitch is out of control!!! I've had it before but not to this extreme!. It's not my eyelid either but the upper inward part of my eye area that's pulsing!. Somebody help!. My kids won't stop laughing at me! LOL! Laughing now but very, very serious!.!.!.!.

I had the same problem once for 3 days straight!.
I wore my glasses so ppl wouldn't see it as much!.
It seemed to help when I gently pressed a finger on the twitch, and it would stop for awhile!.
Usually it's due to eye strain, too much pc time or reading!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
