Eyes flicker back and forward?!
Question: Eyes flicker back and forward!?
When I have to read something or pay attention to something in detail my eyes flicker back and forward!. like left to right and everything wobbles!. It happens quite quickly!.
It gives me the worst headache!.
What could be the cause!? And what can be done about it!?
Is this a symptom of multiple sclerosis!?

Try using a ruler as a guide when you're reading Wabby and make sure you take regular breaks - that's a good rule of thumb anyway, the human brain works optimally for around 45 minutes before taking a 10 minute break, especially so when revising!.
Also make sure your reading area is well illuminated - avoid fluorescent light if you can as that flickers and makes concentration harder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wabby, my mother and I have been following alot of your questions here on Yahoo!Answers and we think that you are paying far too much attention to what its wrong with yourself, sometimes even possibly thinking of stuff that you dont actually have!. Alot of your questions are asking whether they are signs of MS!. If you are concerned, get a MRI done to find out, it is possible you just have spazms in the eye that can be easily fixed through a nerve connection procedure, as my mum had it whenshe was little!. It seems that you have alot of stuff wrong with you, more than the average (go back over all of your questions, write them down, and take it to a doctor for a diagnosis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I get this about once a week, though it doesn't give me headaches!. However i think it is just a spasm of the optical muscles, which i don't think is a major problem!. But what do i know!.!.!.!. im no doctor : )Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is quite normaly as it is just your eyes followimg what you are reading, I can feelit when I look from left to right on my key board as I search for the next letter!.
