The same thing happened to me!. I asked the doctor and she said it is because the contacts make you eyes more sensitive to light!. It may also be because you have developed some type of allergy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Astigmatism, near-sighted, and doomed to not ever be happy with contacts, especially in outdoor sports!.
I even wear Oakley 12-752 polarized shades (which rock to block out the sun and horizontal glare), but my contacts swirl around and cause me great pain and bloodshot irritation!.
