Overwear of contact lenses?!
Question: Overwear of contact lenses!?
I went to the optitian today and was told I had done somthing to the cornea's in my eye's due to overwearing of contact lenses has starved tham of oxygen!. what does this mean and should I be worried!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

um i would not be too worried until you know exactly what that means!.
i am sorry to say that i dont have a clue as to what that means, but i had a problem with overwearing my contact lenses too!. i got menacing headaches and tunnel vision for forever until i went back to get my eyes checked again!. they changed my perscription aswell as how much i wear them (generally that affects how much you wear them i guess) and now i am fine!.
but do u have glasses!? if you have them but dont like them take the time out to buy new frames or something so that you wear them as often as your contact lenses- that way you dont stress your eyes out!.!.

I also had problems by overwearing contact lenses, my eyes became very dry, I was given comfort drops to use whilst wearing them and advised to wear them for no longer than eight hours a day!.
I bought I really nice pair of frames and wear my glasses more than my lenses now!. I would say only wear your contact lenses every other day to give your eyes a break!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
