Should I actually wear the glasses then!

Question: Should I actually wear the glasses then
Answers:
Wear the prescription ordered by the Dr!. I would reccommend a pr!. with an anti-reflective coating!.This will cut glare 60% and allow 10% more light to enter the eye rather than bounce off as a reflection!.Great for computer use as there's a lot of eyestrain connected with computer use!.Also!.!.having 1 eye good and one eye not so good also produces eyestrain!.Most places have at least a 30 day period in which you can get your money back if you arent happy!.Try it and see how much better you'll feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Working on computers for long amounts of time damage eye sight!. It does it even worse when your eyes are open because more light enters them!. My eyesight used to be fine but the more I used the computer the more it started to suck lol!.!.

Its one of the main reasons there's so many people with eye problems these daysWww@Answer-Health@Com

There's no solid should involved, in an Rx like like that!. It is going to be personal!.

Some people would notice fatigue or other symptoms from leaving the imbalance between the two eye uncorrected for close-work, others wouldn't notice one way or the other!. The same for distance!.
It's tied into binocular vision flexibility and eye dominance issues, as well as the actual strength of the Rx!.

It would be worth learning some simple eye relaxation exercises to make sure that none of the distance vision blur was down to ciliary muscle spasm following prolonged close-work!.
Also developing good habits at the screen: ten minute breaks every hour to re-establish distance vision, screen brightness as low as possible consistent with good contrast, and the longest practical working distance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
