Question: I have a question on my contacts!?
ok so if i took my contacts out then put them in solution and then a couple hours later i out them on do i have to change the solution or can i use the same one!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yuk no, you want to change that solution every time you place your contacts back in your container!. When you put your contacts in your eyes, take your empty containers and wash/ rinse them out with hot water, let them dry!. dont leave any solution in there!. Bacteria can build up and you especially dont want to re-use it, all sorts of bad little nasties can be living in there!. Eyes are too valuable to screw with, this will save you in the long run from bacteria and infections!. You should replace your contact case every few months too!. Just throw it out and buy a new one, they are super cheap!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well, your soppost to have your contacts soak for a at least 6 hours!. Your not soppost to just let them sit for just a couple of hours because that would not be enough time for them to clean!. When you take them off and then put them on again your soppost to use new solution, dont ever use the same old one because it would be dirty and you always want it to be clean for your eyes!.
