Question: Contact Issues!?!!? Please Help !?
Ok so i wear contacts (some color some not) and i sleep in them alot more than i should (which i know is horrible) but i get these little like bumps on my contacts!. If some one could please explain to me what it is or how i can get rid of them!. But the bumps then over time scratch my eye!. Any Help!?!?!!!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be deposits of the material the contact is made from if they are silicone hydrogel lenses!. It also could be protein deposits from your eyes that build up on the contacts from not cleaning them regularly!. This blocks the oxygen,which is needed to nourish the eye, from entering your eyes!. IF you are going to sleep in them at least ask your Dr!. to change you over to a continuous wear contact lens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try not to sleep with them to often, also clean the solution everyday, and before you wear them and after you wear them to keep them cleanWww@Answer-Health@Com
