Question: Is there anything out there that can help improve eyesight!?
Other than wearing glasses!?
I'm 15 and i want to know if there are things i can eat/use/take that will help my vision improve little by little!.
I wear glasses/ contacts and i don't want to have to wear them for the rest of my life!.!.!.
is eating carrots helpful!?

This is the exact same thing that I've been looking for!.
-What I know is that taking regular breaks from the computer and when reading is a good idea!.
-When reading, don't have the book right up in your face, but a bit further away(but not too far away, just enough that you can read comfortably without squinting)
-Do eye strenghthening exercises!.
As for eating carrots, I don't think that actually works (this was teseted on an Australian show called 'What's Good For You' and the results were none)!. But there may be some fruits that might either improve vision or avoid eye diseases!.
Just google/yahoo these topics in and remember to ask a professional as well(to be on the safe side)
