Would this contact lens prescription be expensive?!

Question: Would this contact lens prescription be expensive!?
I only have the eyeglass prescription though which is:
sp +!.75 cylinder -!.50 and axis 90 (for both eyes)
My optometrist recommended glasses to me, not contacts because contacts with farsightedness and my astigmatisms are only 80% effective (compared to 95% effective with glasses)!. He also said it the contacts would be complicated to get right!.
Anyway, if I were to get contacts someday, would it be pretty expensive due to this complicated Rx!? Does anyone know around how much!? Our vision insurance is not that great, so it would be an out-of-pocket expense!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You will always see better with your eyeglasses than you will with your contacts, Your Rx isn't that complicated because you're close to not needing them at all!. RX's are always in quarter steps, you start from zero which is no correction needed!. from there you either move up to +!.25 then to +!.50, +!.75(your RX) or down to -!.25, -!.50, -!.75!. as you can see, you are close zero which we call plano!. either your astigmatism is probably borderline or you probably only need your glasses to read so that may be the complicated part!. just stick with your eyeglasses for now, your refractive power isn't strong enough yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your prescription isn't complicated, it is just not strong enough yet for contacts to be able to correct as well as glasses can!.

There are several minor corrections that can't be fixed with contacts!.!.!.yours is one of them!.

Eventually, if you need a stronger correction, then contacts would be an option for you!.
