Question: White eye discharge - any idea what this could be!?
I have had redness and a small amount of white, not clear, discharge from the corners of my eyes for a couple of weeks now!. I have been to two separate doctors!. The first prescribed drops (which I used for 8 days) and then gel (which I used for 5 days) to treat conjunctivitis!. My eyes didn't improve and then got worse with the gel so I went to see the second doctor who says I don't have conjunctivitis and has told me to use chamomile tea in my eyes to settle them down!. He thinks that I had a reaction to the preservatives in the eye gel!. Anyway, the chamomile has improved my eyes a little over the last day but I am still getting discharge!. Any idea what it could be!? or what it's caused by!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's just the body flushing out infection!. This is gross, but after I brush my teeth in the morning, the force of coughing (I tend to gag a bit) will force booger looking discharge out of my tear ducts!. I just wipe it away, I haven't observed any itchiness!. I believe the worst is over for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to get it when i was younger and i had eye problems but its not bad its just taking out all the bad stuff and cleanses your eyes from damageWww@Answer-Health@Com
