Use rewetting drops or saline solution to hydrate the eye and then you should be able to remove it normally!. Also rapid blinking may help loosen it as well as lubricate the eye!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your eye is probably very dry!. Use rewetting drops or saline to moisten the whole area good!. Wait a little and try again!. Do not scratch the cornea!. When contacts are dry they stick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
