I'm taking honor classes this year and I'm in AP Chemistry and Ap Spanish V!.!.!.!.I don't have much time to do anything else because I'm a senior and it's already october!. Do you think i have a chance of getting accepted!? I'm also not applying to an IVY league school or anything, just my hometown's university!. Do i have a chance in Pre-Med!?

Also, I'd like to be an optomertrist or opthamologist one day!. Should I major Pre-Med, Biology, or Chemistry!? Thanks for your help in advance! Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a side note, if you take biology or chemistry or physics!.!. they all have premed prequesits!. so it doesnt really matter!. if you like biology -take it!.!. premed preques!. are 2 bio and labs, 2 chem and labs, 2 physics and labs, 2 organic chem and labs and depending on the school probably a math or two and maybe a social science!.

you cuold even major in something totally different like english or hisotry but just make sure you take the appropraite courses for premed as listed above (medical schools also like to see that you have a wide variety of instrestsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you'll be rejected right off the bat!. Your GPA is great!. The fact that you are fluent in many languages is a plus!. Also, volunteering at a hospital is great!. It shows you are interested in the field and are committed!. Since the college is not a major college it's probably even more likely that you'll get accepted when compared to submitting to major schools!.

I would say to major as a pre-med because I don't believe optometrists or opthamalogists (sp!?) deal with chemistry or biology much!.

I would say you have a chance, but they will still consider people with a higher ACT score before they accept your's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
