Ordering trial contacts...?!
Question: Ordering trial contacts!.!.!.!?
My eye doc ordered me trial contacts 2 weeks ago and they still aren't in!. Does it usually take this long!? I have a small astigmatism, but they said that the contacts have to be "custom made", which I've had toric lenses before, and they didn't take THIS long to come in!! Has anyone else had this to happen!? How long did it eventually take to get them!? I'm to the point of giving up!. :-(Www@Answer-Health@Com

No place is going to make custom lenses as trials!.!.!.that is for darn sure!.
Your prescription must be better than it was before if you have had toric lenses, because it isn't strong enough for torics now!.
All you need is a simple -0!.75 sphere on the right, and a -1!.00 sphere on the left!.
Torics aren't made less than 0!.75 cylinder!.!.!.you only have 0!.50!.!.!.!.the reason they don't make them less than 0!.75 is because it isn't needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is possible that the lenses are on back order from the manufacturer!. Without knowing you actual prescription, though, it is really impossible to advise you as to whether or not this is related to the lenses needing to be "custom made"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
