CONTACTS and EASIER WAYS TO GET THEM IN?!

Question: CONTACTS and EASIER WAYS TO GET THEM IN!?
Okay--today I went to an eye appointment with a doctor for contacts!. I did the tests!.!.!.and this and that!.!.!.!.
Finally, it was time to put the contacts in!.
To make a long story short---I got frusturated, my eyes got irratated (of course everybody thought I was crying), I was pissed at everybody who tried to talk to me and now I'm annoyed because I have to 'practice' at home!.
I am going back next tuesday to try again!.

But the thing they don't understand is---I can't do it! I can't get them in!. My eyelids won't stay open for one thing!. SECOND--once I do finally make them touch my eyeballs, the lady goes "Okay--slowly pull your bottom finger out!." And everytime I do that it just doesn't work and then she freaking laughs!. It's so annoying and frusturating!. I wanted to hit somebody so bad!.

Any tips or advice!? Any easier ways to get this done!? ANYTHING that would be helpful would be appreciated!.'
Also, EASIER WAYS TO HOLD YOUR EYE OPEN!?!?
Thanks in advance!.

OMG i had the SAME problem lmfao

i couldnt get them in at the store so they made me go "practice at home"

and fk r they annoying to put in + out the first time!.!.!.

(embarrasssing note: when ifinally got them in, i couldnt get them out and my mom had to get em out for me lmfao)

anyways, now i can get em in and out w/o much difficulty!.

This is wat i do!.

Put the lense on the WHITE part of ur eye (i find that this is less "painful")!. They once they're on ur eye, gently "drag" them to ur actual eye part!. Move it around abit to get the air bubbles out!. Then blink a few time!.

This is wat i do anyways!.!.

and getting them out!.!.!. just "pinch" the lenses (not ur eye lol)!.

*note: i DONT hold down my eyelid or anything like dat (like how EVERYONE says to do it!.!.!. i find that to b harder for some reason!. I just open my eyes as big as i can and do my lil routine lol)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I highly recommend the DMV soft lens handler!. It makes inserting and removing contacts so much easier!. Here is a link to the product!.

I can insert and remove my lens with my fingers, but prefer using the inserting tool!. It took me while before I could get my contacts in, you will get the hang of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know, i used to get annoyed by that too!.

well, what i do is,

pull your lower lid down,
look up, and put your contact on the white part of your eye!.

then, push it up to your eye!.
that should help you!.
it's pretty easy!.

good luck!.

i m not exactly sure!.!.bcuz i've never used manual contacts!.!.!.bu mayb u should check into getting laser contacts!.!.!.!.have you heard of them!?!?!?!?anyways their put in by your doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

Contacts can be a bit tricky, but if you keep on trying you'll get the hang of it!.

Make sure you stay calm and take your time, because rushing things, having shaking hands etc!. won't help at all!.

This is how I put my contacts in, and it works every time without fail (for me, anyhow):
1) With your right hand, place the contact on the tip of your middle finger, use your ring finger to hold your bottom eyelid slightly down and your left hand to hold your upper eyelid slightly up!.
2) Gently place the contact on your eye, using your middle finger to make sure it is on properly (if necessary)!.
3) First release your bottom eyelid and gently push it upwards to make sure your contact isn't going to fall out!.
4) Release your top eyelid and again push it down over the contact to make sure it is secure!.

It's a bit hard to explain, but the more your try the easier it will become!. You could also perhaps try watching someone else do it!?

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
