Question: Is there a problem with my eye!? please help!!?
ok, so for at least the last 3 days or so, my left eye has been twitching!. it's kinda weird,,, it's only my left eye and it twitches about 14-18 times a day or so!. is there something wrong with it!? what causes your eyes to twitch anyways!? please help so i know if i need to see an optometrist about it or if it'll just go away!.!.!.!?

just get sum good sleep and relax ur eyes!. also put ice on ur eyes for a lil bit

An optometrist can not help you with that problem, but an ophthalmologist can, they are medical doctors for the eye!. The problem you describe is called blepharospasms!. No one knows for certain what brings them on!. Some get extremely worse to the point where I have had patient going stark mad over it, and some it goes away!. You should see the Dr!., there are treatments to keep them at bay, however they tend to see if it goes away or gets worse than 18 times a day!.
If and when they do decide to treat it, they will give Bot-ox injections!. This will paralyze the muscle and stop it from jumping!.
