It's a very common problem!. You will need to take them back to your optician and they will either need to readjust, or see if they can order cushioning for the stems!. If that doesn't work, they will need to find a better pair to meet your needs for around the same price as the ones you purchased!. You should not have to pay anything else!.
That area is super sensitive too, I wouldn't be surprised if you have had a few headaches from the irritation!.

As the others have said, you need to go back to get them readjusted!. Be very specific about where they are hurting when you talk to the optician!. It's likely that the temple is adjusted too snug along your mastoid (sp!?) bone, which is very sensitive to pressure!. They should be able to tweak them so they don't hurt!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have had that problem before too!. They are too tight!. If you can bare it!.!.!.!.they will slowly become looser as you wear them!.!.!.otherwise go in and get them adjusted!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
