Easiest way to put contact lenses in?!
Question: Easiest way to put contact lenses in!?
ok so ive just started wearing contact lenses on the odd occasion but it takes me ages to put them in like ive spent over an hour just trying to get them in!. after a few goes i start to panic cos they just wont go in!. is there some easy technique to use that gets them in or is it just lots of practice that helps!?!?!? I just cont ct lenses about 3 weeks ago and i find that u naturally adapt to ur own ways but i got taught and find it easy to put them in ike this
Wash your hands and dry
Look into a big mirror not a small magnifying one
(for right eye)
Use all of you left hand to hold back the lashes
And on your right hand use your ring finger to pull down ur lower lashes
Next take it out the Soloution and pinch it and and turn it around
Make sure it is on the very top,middle and pad of ur middle finger
and make sure the contact is well lubricated and bring it to the coloured bit o f your eye and when its hovering over itand its really close pop it in!
Dont worry when the tested me o see if i could put mine i properly it took me twenty minutes 4 one eye but just be determied and all it takes is a bit of persiversion and practice and voila ur der xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

I always make sure my finger is moist under the contact so that it doesn't bend and stick to my finger!. Also, once I'm close by to the eye I start to close it a bit so that it can stay there!.
