wore one brand, and now have ordered another brand!. the prescription is exactly the same (diameter, power and base curve)!.

Just because the base curve and diameter are the same doesn't always mean they will fit the same!.
Different materials, water content, thickness, all can effect how a lens fits!.
That's why trials are always supposed to be done!. Take the Oasys for example, probably 50% of those who try it aren't comfortable or don't get good vision with them, even though the size is right!.
Now you won't know if they will even fit you before you get them and try them, which means if they don't work for you, you are out of luck!.
Opened boxes can't be returned!.
