How to put in eye contacts?!

Take one contact and put it on the index finger of your right hand (if you are right handed) and use your other hand to lift your eye lid up and you can look the other way while placing it on the sclera(white part) of your eye and pushing it into the right place!. This is how I do it!.!. anyway, when its fully into its correct position you will hear like a suction sound and feel that it is where it need to be

It really isn't hard at all after you get the hang of it!. Just hold your top lid wide open with your left pointer finger (make sure you get your lashes, too, or you will lose your grip)!. Hold your bottom lid open wth your right middle finger (get the lashes on this one as well!.) Put the contact on your right pointer finger and hold it to your eye!. pull your eye down with your middle finger (right eye right hand) and put the contact in with your index!. stare at yourself in the mirror, look into your own eyes and dont watch your finger haha it weirds me out anyway!. its like riding a bicycleWww@Answer-Health@Com
