Changing the focus of your eyes?!

Question: Changing the focus of your eyes!?
I've always been able to do this, normally I have perfect vision, no visual abnormalities at all!. Though I've always been able to change the focus of my eyes without effort or strain, I can go from perfect vision to completely indistinguishable blurry vision without anyone telling if I did or not, I just do it without seemingly use or move a single muscle!. I thought everyone could do this but recently a few people told me they had no idea what I was talking about or that I was lying and couldn't do that!.

Can anyone else do this!? Should I see a doctor about being able to do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Everybody can change the focus of their eyes: they do it every time they change from looking at something close to something far away!. It's done using the muscles inside your eyeball which is why you do it without appearing to move any muscles!. What you are doing is changing the shape of the lens inside your eye!.

Most people are not aware of this focussing and can't do it consciously!. I can do it the same as you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's called accommodation, normal for people up to the age of about 45!. Then your eye slowly stops focusing and that's why you need readers when you get old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can do that too!. I'm pretty sure it's normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
