Question: Should I get a weaker prescription!?
I need to use a pair of -5!.50 glasses to attain perfect vision!. However, I prefer a weaker prescription!. Is that bad for your eyes, if not what is the distance I should get!? Also, I heard if you get a pair of perfect vision glasses, it deteriorates your eyes faster than a weaker prescription, is that true!? Thx!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you heard is true- a stronger presciption does worsen your vision faster while a lower prescription can actually help improve your vision- your eyes have to work to focus the slightly blurry image and making them stronger (its a bit like strengthening muscles using weights)!.
Try using glasses that are 0!.25 to 0!.5 diopters less than your actual prescription!.
Also try using contacts (actual prescription) and using reading glasses when doing close work- just make sure what you read is slightly blurry so your eyes have to work to focus the image!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wearing the correct Rx does not weaken your eyes!.
Some people choose to wear a strength weaker than what they need
because they can read better with them, or they just feel better!.
Sometimes the world just looks better when it's a little fuzzy,
don't you think!?
Wearing weaker than you need is ok in this case, except for driving!.

yes!.!.!.a weaker pres will result in ur eyes having to force urself to focus!.!.!.!.this will result in the degree to go up higher!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
