In genetics you find out the ratio of the grandparents' eyes or even back to the great-grandparents!. For example, if 3 grandparents have brown & 1 grandparent has blue!. There is a 3 to 4 chance the child will have brown eyes!. Brown eyes are dominant!. Brown hair is also the dominant color!.

Brown eye is more the dominant gene compared to blue which is the recessive gene!. It depends on if you have a heterozygous dominant gene for brown eye which would look like Bb, then you would have a greater chance of your child getting blue eyes!. Your gf would have homozygous recessive gene of bb!. So you have a 50% chance of getting blue eye or brown eyed child!. If both your parents are brown eyed and since you are brown eyed with homozygous dominant trait of BB!.!. then your child will be brown eyed!.

Depends on genes!. Both my parents have brownish eyes but I have blue!. My siblings all have brown though!. The same with my husband -both parents dark eyes and he has blue also!.It depends on if you have a recessive gene for blue!. However if you both had blue they would be blue for sure-2 recessive genes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Brown is a dominant color so it's more likely your child will have brown eyes!. In the case of my husband and me, neither of us has brown eyes so our children don't have that color!. Impossible to tell!. Brown is dominant, but you could have a blue gene and a brown one!. If you passed the blue gene on to your baby, the eyes will be blue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you were to use a punnet square, it is pretty much a fifty fifty chance!. They are both dominant right!? so there is no way to tell!. If I had to guess i would say blue, but i have no idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
