Question: I have been told that I am not able to drive due to a problem with my eyes!. !?

Your best bet would be to contact the citizens advice bureau as they can help sort out what you are entitled to apply for and help with filling in the forms!.

The mobility scheme seems to work on a basis of scroungers get it, genuine people don't!. I was refused mobility following a stroke because they said I wasn't disabled enough but the bloke next door gets it and he's a painter and decorator!. I will end up in rant mode if I'm not careful!

If your eyesight is either correctable by glasses or contacts, it is on you to get the services needed done!. There is also a possibility of laser correction for many people!. If it is a matter of you going blind or occular degeneration to any large degree, then you'll have to look into programs available to you thru local socail services!. There are many cities who have assistance programs for transportation of disabled persons as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Social security should help!. Disability benefits!. Life insurance missing

I know in the state of alabama you can be blind in one eye and still drive!. You need to look into the laws and guide lines!. I am partially blind in my right eye and still drive!. Good luck with it and I do understand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
