Why is one eye bigger than the other when wearing glasses?!

Question: Why is one eye bigger than the other when wearing glasses!?
I have astigmatism with a little farsightedness- +!.75 and +1!.00!. One eye seems magnified under the lens!. The optician says for a low prescription such as mine, high index lenses wouldn't make a difference!. Is aspheric lenses the same as high index lenses!? Do I have any other options so that my eyes seem the same size!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
With this prescription, if the glasses are made correctly, there
should be no perceivable difference in eye magnification!.

High index is not normally used in this power but certainly CAN be used!.

Aspheric lenses are made with multiple curves to minimize thickness
and distortion- especially towards the edges of powerful lenses!.

Again, refer to first sentence!.

Good luck!
ps
High index can be used in one eye only for certain prescriptions to balance eye magnification!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
