well you need to go to the eye doctor cuz sounds like you have glaucoma!. this is when the fluid in your eye doesn't drain out how it is supposed to and that causes pressure on your eye!.
basically like when you fill up a water balloon!.
there are eye drops for it or if needed there are surgeries!.

It sounds as though your stressed out lack of sleep I would not say you have glaucoma like some people would I would check to see if your contacts are to strong or if they were fitted correctly The DonWww@Answer-Health@Com
