It sounds to me like it's a stye!. But no worries, styes are very common among people of all kinds!. It is a tender red bump under your eyelid and it probably has a yellow dot somewhere where the puss is being formed!. It may be a bit uncomfortable to blink, and may even itch!. You could have gotten it from lack of hygiene or maybe even an inflamed eyelash!. Application of a warm compress or warm washcloth to the affected area for 10 minutes, four to six times a day, can speed rupture of the sty and aid in the relief of symptoms!. A sty should not be pressed or squeezed to facilitate drainage!. If a sty persists for several days, a doctor may lance it in result, but this will most likely not have to happen if you carefully treat it yourself!. I had a personal experience when I was about six, and I had to get mine surgically removed because it was not properly treated!. :( You'll be fine though, good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think you might be talking about a stye!. The best way to treat it (and my doctors told me this remedy) is to dip a piece of cloth in warm water and do a compression on the affected area for a few minutes!.

But that small lump could mean that the stye has already hardened due to you putting ice on it!. For that, you will have to go to the doctor to cut the lump out!. This is when you have the lump under eyelid still!. However, you said in your actual eyeball!. Dont really know what that is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't touch it, don't play with it, and don't try and treat it; you just might make it worse!. Call and go to a doctor IMMEDIATELY!. It's your eyes for Christ's sake, make sure they're o!.k!.!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
