Question: Is it possible to get new eyes!?
I'm suppose to be blind by age 20 and the doctors are trying to fix it but I don't know!. My eyes were irritating me right now and then I was wondering if it were possible to have new eyes implanted O_O"
Is that possible!? As in if they were to take someone elses healthy eyes and then take my bad ones out and make it so i can see with the new eyes!. And if that is possible, is it really expencive!? <=x

Corneal transplants are possible!. The cornea is the clear front part of your eye that does the majority of the focusing for your eye!. Of course you would have to talk to your doctor to find out if you in particular qualify for a transplant!.
A whole eye transplant to save your vision is not possible if you are going blind because of a retinal disease or optic nerve disease!. There is no way to transplant these parts of the eye because of the many, many nerve fibers involved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've read that they can't transplant the whole eye but they have done parts of the eye such as the cornea!. Look up Keratoplasty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
