Question: Cant look up anymore !?
I cant seem to keep my eyes open when looking up at the sky anymore!. it hurts my eyes a lot!. Makes me kinda sad not being able to, is it because I spend so much time at the computer !? Sometimes I turn the brightness and contrast down on my monitor but that makes it hard to see things clearly!. what should I do !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As we age, it gets more difficult for most of us to look up as far as we used to!. I can't tell how old you are from your question!. You might want to mention this to your eye doctor, the next time you get your eyes checked!. (or your general doctor if you don't see an eye doctor)!.
Systane and Refresh are good eye drops!. Just stay away from Visine Get the Red Out- it constricts the blood vessels in your eye temporarily to make your eyes look whiter but when the vessels dilate again you get a rebound effect and your eyes can be redder than before!.
Also, be sure to blink completely and take short breaks from your computer ie looking across the room!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sensitivity to light can be a serious symptom, and you may want to call your opthamologist to check with them about it!. As for dry eyes, a preservative free lubricating eye drop should help a lot!. Something like Refresh or Systane!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I wear sunglasses if I'm on the computer too long!. Make sure you take long breaks!. Shut it down no later than 3 p!.m!. People can get seizures from staying on the computer too long!. Also you see things like from the computer when you close your eyes at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
