Question: When you look at the sun or BRIGHT light!. Why does this happen!?

ANYWAYS, When I stared at the sun for 1 second for every 5 second!. I looked at it times 6 times!. There are sometimes these shapes you can see after looking at the sun or a BRIGHT light!. You can see them clearly when you're blinking! It happens to me!.
