What are really good eye exercise?!


Question: What are really good eye exercise!?
I want to improve my eyesight ( both 20/40) and I want to do eye exercise!. Can you suggest any really really really really really really effective and good exercise to improve my eyesight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

While these exercises may improve muscle tone they will not improve your eyesight as most vision issues are due to the shape of your eyeball and not the muscles surrounding the eye!.

No one has ever been able to come up with exercises to improve vision and the ones offered here will not impact your visual acuity!. Sorry!.

Consider supplements to KEEP your vision as good as it is (20/40 isn't bad!) an exercise if you like but don't put too much stock in anything that is suppose to improve your vision without external correction or surgery!.

There are no good eye exercises!. Eye exercises(eye pushups, eye aerobics, eye yoga) have nothing to do with natural perfect eyesight!. Eye muscles don't act upon anything outside of the body and so are many times stronger than they need to be!. Eye exercises won't do any harm but their association with trying to improve eyesight naturally has swayed many thousands of people away from real natural perfect eyesight and towards artificial corrections(glasses, contacts, surgery) for a hundred years!.

A good place to start learning about Natural Eyesight Improvement is to read the best books!. I have a link to one of them on my website!. Most people also need the guidance of a local teacher!. When I went to the eye doctor they told me to do this every day: Put your finger on the tip of your nose and focus until you can see pretty clear, you have to do far & close distance!. You have to go to an eye doctor (I forget what they are called but I think its not the doctor) for these other exercises!. Reading at night while your tired will NOT help!. You could get very dizzy the next day!. Though reading at night may improve your sleep, like I said you'll get dizzy the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here is an example of an eye exercise that is geared to improve muscle tone and to relieve strain These eye movements are meant to be made slowly and with deliberation!. You may be sitting or laying down!. Remove glasses!. Each movement requires that you feel the eye pull as you change direction!. Move the eyes and then hold the position for a few seconds!.

Start by looking up slowly!. Hold for three seconds, close your eyes and relax for the count of two!. Look down slowly and hold!. Close your eyes for two seconds!. Open your eyes turn your eyes right and hold!. Close your eyes and count to two!. Open your eyes and turn them left and hold!. Now look to the right and up!.

Hold and close your eyes!. Count to two!. Open your eyes and look to the left and up!. Hold and then close your eyes!. Now look to the right and down!. Hold for two seconds and close your eyes!. Look to the left and down!. Hold then close your eyes!. This routine should be repeated for a total of three timesWww@Answer-Health@Com
