No, its just seeing things through a different shade really, red, and blue!.
Just to be on the safe side though I wouldn't, because it makes everything around you a tad darker and harder to see things, therefore you may trip and hurt yourself, but that's the only major risk factor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aside from looking like an idiot, and not being able to distinguish colors right anymore, and being darker, it won't make any difference!.
Those are made to have an effect at movies that were shot in 3-D!.!.!.
Real life is already 3-D!.!.!.so they won't make a difference in how he sees things!.
