How do I put in contacts? ?!
Question: How do I put in contacts!? !?
I've had glasses for 3 years now, and recently i have been to the eye doctor to get contacts!. I have now tried 10 times, and i just can not put it in my eye!. Any pointers!? Thanks!!! :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, the way I do it is:
Make sure you have the lens on your right index finger!. (Also make sure that your index finger is relatively dry so it doesn't slip!)
Bring your left hand up to the top eyelid and hold the eyelashes back!.
Use your right hand to do the same thing to the bottom eyelid/eyelashes!.
(Still got that lens!? Good!)
Now, look straight forward and put the lens straight in!
That's how I do it, but there's a lot of other ways!. It sure didn't take me only one try to get it in either!. :) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pull the bottom of your eye lid down, look up and insert the contact with your index finger on the opposite hand!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
