Answers:
You should take your contacts out EVERY NIGHT!! regardless of what they tell you!.!. make sure they are kept in fresh solution on a daily basis and replace them at least once a month!. If your eyes hurt when you take your contacts out, it may be that your eyes are very dry!. Use a wetting solution, drink plenty of water and you must be super clean when handling your lenses!.

I've been wearing contacts since the early 1980's!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

They may be too dry!. You need to take them out daily and clean the properly before storing!. If not, you are doomed for an eye infection, and possible surgery!. Check w/ your eye doctor just to make sure everything is ok!. NO MORE SLEEPING IN YOUR CONTACTS!!! = )Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that you are scratching your eye!. you need to take them out properly, and see your eye doctor to ensure that you don't have an infection started in the scrapes you have made!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
