I'm just not very happy with their customer service anymore!. I don't want to go to another Specsavers branch because there is only one which is more local!.

Yea, i thought specsavers were not that good either! Cosco optical is good i go to that now, try it! BTW Vision express is not good at all tht was where i went and it is RUBBISH! Don't go to that at all it's worse! good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I used to go to specsavers,but found the staff no help when it came to advise and also choosing frames etc!. They were not interested!. I changed to boots, in my particular branch they are really helpful and even find a frame that suits!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would not go to Boots or Tesco (especially not Tesco) as their main business is not as opticians!.

I go to Tescos - my prescription for both my glasses and contact lenses is perfect, they had some great glasses and a reasonable price!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i get my eyes tested at vison express then buy my glasses from wherever i see some nice ones!. just ask for a copy of your prescription and go where ever you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
