Can you damage your eye taking out contacts?!
Question: Can you damage your eye taking out contacts!?
I've heard that when you go to take out contacts you sort of have to pinch it out with your thumb and middle finger or something!. Does it hurt and are there chances that it will damage your eyes!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wore glasses from about 8 years old until just before my seventeenth birthday and I've never looked back! They're fantastic!
Everyone finds their own way to help them apply and remove lenses, I'm sure you'll find yours! And all good opticians should sit you down and teach you to put them in and take them out properly!. Don't worry, I was there for about 2 hours learning lol!=)Www@Answer-Health@Com

nah!. it doesn't hurt for me, unless i put my finger on a part of my eye where the contact isn't on!. that stings for a second, waters, and then its over!. i guess if you had long nails and poked really hard, it would most likely damage your eyes, but as long as you don't go to hard!. it's not that difficult!.!.i actually don't use my fingernails, just my thumb & index finger!.

I have had contacts for 4 years, and Ive had no experience with any sort of pain!. Actually I think they feel good when you put them on!. :)
