Whenever you want to and have the money to pay for them!. It is not against the rules to have different pairs, or to get new ones when you wnat them!. If you feel your vision has changed you should change your RX and get new ones, but you can buy as many as you like when you like as long as your prescription is valid!. Your insurance may only help pay for a certian amount in a certain period of time, and your folks might not want to pay for them, but technically as long as you can pay for them you can buy them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The thing is, with young people, under 16 years old, it is NOT necessary to change your glasses every year!. The optometrist just wants to make money, no matter how small the change!. Young people do not need to change their glasses every year since they are not doing any activities the REQUIRE perfect vision!. If you are having trouble seeing the board in class, then sit in the front row!. Young people do not need to see the road signs when driving or anything like that!. Also, constantly chaning your glasses in childhood will just lead to weaker eyes and a larger prescription power, it's not worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So the doctor said you had a little change in prescription!.

"a little" is not too precise a term!. If I make a tiny change to my
prescription I notice it!.

If you wear the correct prescription, it will not weaken your eyes!.

There are a lot of things that can happen to weaken someones eyesight, but wearing the correct rx is not one of them!.

If your exam showed a change, and you see a little blurry with your present glasses, it would be good to get the new rx filled!.

Best wishes!

I'm getting my new pair Saturday, and I had suspicions my prescription in my old glasses were old (they're about 4 years old anyway) since things were blurry, but I figured I was just being picking!. but apparently the difference in prescriptions was noticeable enough for my doctor to have one slide with the prep on my current glasses and one on my new prep!. If there is an earthshattering change with the new prep and your current, get the new ones, if not, don't get them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your doctor didn't say you needed to!.!.!.!. but talk to your parents, I assume they are going to be paying for it!. If the problem is getting worse and worse, you might need to have your eyes checked again, and then I would think about new glasses if they are getting progressively worseWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should change them as soon as you need a new prescription or else you're just hurting yourself, because you can't see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you cant see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
