Question: Help!!!!!! I cant get my left contact out!!!!?
so now Im blind in 1 eye lol!.!.!.I could go to the optomtrist but that would be embarrasing!.what to do!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well what type of lenses are you wearing!? Soft lenses I suppose you open your eye and touch it to take out!.
Rigid lenses are more complicated and painful!. Locate your lens and if it's in the corner, push on that corner and look over to the contact so it can slip it!. This has been painful to me if my eyes are dry!. If it's top or bottom try to get it to the side and do what I mentioned above, lot easier that way, then with it centered, open your eye, pull on the corner and blink like you did your right eye I hope!. I also hope you actually wear rigid before I went off and explained this lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
