I have one too, so I know how you feel :/ I have heard that if you cover your good eye for a few minutes a day and just do some exercises with the bad eye, like looking from side to side, up and down with it, it will strengthen the muscle and improve it a bit!. However, that never helped me!. My doctor tells me there is a very simple procedure I could have done that would just require cutting a muscle behind my eye!. See, what causes my lazy eye is that a certain muscle behind my eye is very weak and loose!. So if they cut it it will tighten up and straighten the eye out!. He says it's a very simple surgery-don't even need to be put to sleep for it!. So if it bothers you that much, talk to your doctor!. However, odds are, it's not as bad as you think!. As I've gotten older, I've gotten less annoyed about mine and more comfortable with it!. Sometimes when I meet someone for the first time and we're having a conversation I tell them "just look at this eye, I can't really see out of that one" meaning to just look at the good one, and then I explain what a lazy eye is!. Lots of times they didn't even notice anything was different!. My boyfriend says he didn't even notice it the first few times he talked to me!. oh and one other thing-my eye doc has told me you can get special glasses to make the smaller eye look bigger!. With my lazy eye, the pupil is always smaller, the iris is smaller, the whole eyeball is a little smaller, so these glasses would i guess magnify that eye!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes glasses correct this!.!.!.as long as you wear the glasses!.!.!.sadly when you take them off, the eye becomes "lazy" again!.
Treatment also involves, drops, vision therapy and/or patching!. Recent medical research has proven that amblyopia is successfully treated up to the age of 17!.Hope this helps!. Good Luck!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

By "lazy eye" do you mean that one of your eyelids is lower than the other eyelid, making one eye look smaller or like it doesn't open as wide as the other eye!? (this is called ptosis) If so, an ophthalmologist will be able to evaluate if you're a candidate for ptosis surgery or other treatments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not sure what you mean by "lazy eye" and "same size" as lazy eyes do not look smaller or larger than the other eye!.

Suggest you schedule an appointment with your optometrist to discuss exactly what it is you don't like about your eye appearance and whether there is any treatment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
