Well, without seeing your prescription, we can't tell either!.
If you have just one number like - 3!.50!.!.!.then it is sphere
If you have something like - 2!.50 - 1!.25 X 90!.!.!.!.then you need them all!.
Do you have an actual prescription from a Dr!. for those, or are you just trying to do it on your own !?
