Question: Visual disturbances, what the hell is going on!?
It started off small, I was trying to read and I noticed a kind of "dead space" in my vision which was an almost squiggly gray!. Now that patch has expanded to the right of my vision, its like a squiggly, wavery line and I'm having trouble seeing things clearly!. What the hell is going on!? It is almost certainly, by probability, a visual migraine!.
You don't have to get a headache with the visual symptoms of migraine but it would not surprise me if, by now (as this question has been up two hours), you have not experienced slight headache, or slight nausea, or other migraine symptoms!.
A retinal detachment usually develops much more slowly, a macular haemorrhage is an outside possibility and even more so a small haemorrhage in the brain!.
If you've not had migraines before you need an examination to confirm that and make sure it isn't any of the rare possibilities!. Promptly, but not as an emergency!.

usually if you notice one its just a little annoying and goes away with in a day or two!.
but you need to worry when it gets worse or doesn't go away!. and it sounds like yours is getting worse quickly!.
it could be a retinal detachment which if left untreated can lead to blindness very fast in the eye!.
you need to see an ophthalmologist ASAP!
one that specializes in retinas!.
seriously you need to call and make an appointment like right now!.
and if it ends up being something not as serious then isn't it better to be safe than sorry!.
and i wouldn't think you'd ever want to take chances when it comes to your sight!.

Could be all kinds of things but one thing is for sure, you need to go to an eye doctor!. It could be lint or mucous!. It could be a sign of MS!. You won't get diagnosed over the internet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go to an opthamologist, NOT an optometrist!. the first type is a medical surgical doctor that is capable of operating on your eyes, as well as treating all medical conditions relating to the eyeWww@Answer-Health@Com

It may what you call an ocular migraine!. I get them sometimes and don't get headaches!. Take some aspirin of some sort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
