I see sentences and the words moving back and forth... What is this?!

often when i get back from an intense bike ride when i sit down things look and feel like tehy're going back and forth, I think what it is is that you body have been shifting from one side to the other(from pedaling or running) for a while and you're just gotten used to it, so even when you become immobile you're vision, and your body feel like you're going back and forth, it should go away soon=]Www@Answer-Health@Com
