Question: I need advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
My son probably doesn't , but possibly could have something like retinoblastoma!.!.!.He's had a few pics with a glow in the eye!.!.!.
The opthalmologist receptionist just keeps saying they will call when they have an appointment but won't confirm if my doctor sent a requisition!.!.!.then she said the appt will go to my doctor so they won't even call me!?!?!? Well i went to a walk - in and now I need to see my family doctor and ughhh nothing is happening for 2 weeks and his eye is irritated today it's like red the skin on the outside of the glowing eye ughhh what would you do!?!?!?!? i work at an optometrist, let me tell you the importance of finding an optometrist with a good relationship with an ophthalmologist!. a gp doesnt have to equipment to have a good look inside the eye, and i glowing eye is something to be concerned about!. if after an examination the optometrist is worried, you should be fitted in with the ophthal the same day - urgently!. dont bother with gp's when it comes to eyes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get an eye examination with whoever is quickest!.
If it's an optometrist and they are concerned, they will be able to push for fast access to an ophthalmologist!.
