Question: How do you make sure your sunglasses really protect you from UV rays!?
Is there any way you can test them!? Can you trust manufacturers and retailers when they say the glasses have 100% sunscreen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

100% is actually pretty standard!. I would recommend 400%!. And polarized sunglasses are a great option!. You can find some affordable ones easily, or even online!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would also suggest sunglasses that are larger on the sides to protect your eyes from sun coming through the sides or sunglasses where they cover your whole eye!. Especially if you are really concerned about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
