Question: My sight is Left -9!.00 and right -10!.00, can i have a Laser surgery!?

You can't know just by the prescription if someone is a candidate or not!. You are already at the extreme end of what they normally can correct, but other things may not make you a good candidate!.
Such as your corneal thickness, and tear quality!.!.!.
The only way you can know is to book a consultation with a reputable clinic and go through the steps with the opthalmologist to find out about your own specific case!.
No one can say for sure without having examined you!.!.!.some one with a - 8!.00 could be perfect, but someone with a -2!.00 may not be!. Only tests will confirm if you are or not!.

I'm surprised, you actually have worse vision than I do!.
Lasik surgery depends on more than pure correction factor, and if your eyes are that bad you probably have some astigmatism as well - lasik is not as effective on astigmatism, but it will still help you a lot!. Depending on the shape of your eyes, you may be able to get back to 20/20 without lenses even with such extreme values!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
