I have dry eyes too!. I take a flax seed oil suppliment once a day and I also use an over the counter drop called OPTIVE!. It makes all the difference in the world!. It can be used with or without contacts! Make sure you drink a lot of water and try to run a humidifier at night while you are sleeping!. If you can get a mini humidifier for your desk at work that would be cool too!. Stay away from Visine products!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Visine has other ingredients in it!. Try Refresh or Celluvisc or some type of artificial tears product if you have dry eyes!. I have used Refresh and store brands from Wal-mart, Walgreens etc, just make sure they are artificial tears and not Visine or allergy related products!.If your eyes are very dry, any of these products can sting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
